Reservations

We’re excited to offer hands-on outdoor education sessions in conventional tackle and fly fishing for middle Tennessee students!

Scheduling & Availability:

  • Bookings will open after March 8th.

  • Sessions will be available on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Deposit and cancellation policy

Deposit:
A $50 deposit per student is required to reserve a session. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the lesson.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance forfeit the deposit.

Weather Policy:

  • Sessions may be rescheduled in the event of unsafe weather conditions, including lightning, flooding, or extreme temperatures.

  • If a session is canceled due to weather, deposits will be applied to a rescheduled date or refunded at client request.

  • Safety is our top priority; we will notify families as soon as a cancellation is necessary.
